How TVS membership works:

You must Sign Up to become a member. There is a 49.95 CDN one-time-only setup fee, non refundable.

You must provide documents to confirm your identity and to show you own/manage rental property as per credit bureau policy.

Please ensure you have the required credentialing documents listed below as the set up fee is non-refundable.

  1. Current phone bill showing your name and phone number
  2. Valid driver's license or passport
  3. Insurance policy or tax statement showing your name and rental property address
  4. Blank copy of your rental application

Realtor

Realtor membership available at Tenant Verification Service

  1. Current phone bill showing your name and phone number
  2. Valid driver's license or passport
  3. Copy of real estate license
  4. Listing agreement with the owner
  5. Blank copy of your rental application

Property Manager

Property Manager

  1. Current phone bill showing your name and phone number
  2. Valid driver's license or passport
  3. Copy of property management agreement
  4. Business license (if applicable)
  5. Blank copy of your rental application
